Mark Levin has been vying for the President’s legal team to file exactly the same writ, or any common law writ to receive a hearing from SCOTUS. This morning I read that Dershowitz has joined with President Trump’s legal team to petition SCOTUS. (I have to confirm this.) Great minds think alike.
The Prosecution did not prove its case probably because it wasn’t prepared to choose a crime to prove. The Defendant was not informed of the charges against him. The standard of proof was lowered to the civil standard, and no unanimous verdict. In America! 🇺🇸
