The Patriot Freedom Project, a January 6th advocacy group founded by Cynthia Hughes dedicated to raising awareness for January 6th victims and their families, recently announced the release of the trailer for the second part of its documentary film series, Due Process Denied.
The trailer features commentary from notable figures in the January 6th community, including Congressman Louie Gohmert, President Trump’s Assistant Attorney General Jeff Clark, and several high-profile January 6th defendants – who each break down how the Biden regime has weaponized the justice system against normal Americans.
The latest installment in the two-part documentary series complements Part I, released last year, which offered a glimpse of the harrowing day-to-day experiences of the families of January 6th victims. These families struggle to make ends meet and, in many cases, have young children at home and a parent languishing behind bars.
The second part of the documentary fleshes out the importance, and meaning, of due process – and how the government has been weaponized to deprive many of its citizens, which it treats like political hostages, of fundamental constitutional rights.
Viewers are treated to a hard-hitting analysis by a former judge and justice department official, as well as several lawyers who have firsthand experience working in the trenches of the DC Federal Court system representing J6 victims on trial, and in many cases facing lengthy sentences — every single one of them a cruel and unusual punishment — in the DC Gulag, and other wretched federal and state penitentiaries throughout the country.
These lawyers have represented families that have been absolutely devastated by the weaponized justice system – what has occurred is bound to leave lifelong scars, particularly on the young children – whose welfare has always been a top priority for the Patriot Freedom Project, and to Cynthia, personally. The organization has assisted teenage boys who were separated from their fathers during the most formative and impressionable years of their lives. Another victim is a mother of a seven-year-old daughter who was handed an inhumane, five-year sentencing despite not having a criminal history or any assault charges on her record. The daughter might not see her mother again until she is a teenager.
The documentary also details the pettiness and vengefulness of rogue judges and prosecutors who issue egregiously long sentences, in many cases out of nothing but spite. For instance, the documentary highlights a case involving a judge, who did not like the negative media coverage he was receiving, and retaliated by hurting the innocent children of parents who demonstrated at the Capitol by denying them meaningful access to their loved ones.
By exposing the inner workings of the weaponized system of justice, viewers get an intimately gruesome portrait of what the denial of due process means in flesh and blood terms.
It is one thing to complain about the denial of Constitutional rights in the abstract, it is a separate thing entirely to experience what that actually means by observing up close and personal the tragic costs of that on the families – and especially innocent children: the greatest casualties in this spiritual battle. This Cynthia Hughes’ documentary gets across to audiences removed from the trench warfare of what is playing out in the DC court system, in all its sordid detail.
It is because of the work of the Patriot Freedom Project – which does everything, from assisting families, to help paying off their mortgages, to covering legal fees, to producing documentaries and holding fundraisers that separates it from the pack. For this reason, the Patriot Freedom Project remains the only January 6th foundation supported by President Trump, who has welcomed the group with open arms on many occasions into his own Bedminster Estate to host private fundraisers and spend time with the families, and especially, the children.
The Patriot Freedom Project has made great progress, but there still remains much work ahead. The organization is still fighting to keep the families of January 6th victims intact, providing the children with the economic and moral support they need to survive this horrible trauma.
The Patriot Freedom Project would not exist without the generous support from the American people, including readers like you, who sympathize with the hardships these families have endured, and are outraged by the destruction of our once unequaled justice system by subversive internal forces intent on ending the American experiment once and for all.
Any amount to the Patriot Freedom Project will go a long way towards helping the victims and their families with the financial support they so desperately need. This organization counts on the monthly donations it receives to continue its efforts in support of the families of January 6th victims.
President Trump recognizing the work of the Patriot Freedom project in a video that was played at their event in Toms River, New Jersey, last month, which commemorated the third anniversary of that tragic day.
The organization recently commemorated the third anniversary of January 6th last month. On that occasion, Cynthia invited the families to come together to support and comfort one another. Children of January 6th victims had an opportunity for a rare reality break from the ongoing difficulties in their homes and enjoyed each other’s company. Because of generous donors from the public, the needs for many of the January 6th victims are met.

We must protect our constitutional rights. The insidious Jan 6 committee is just like the KGB in Russia. No due process. Huge fines, long prison terms, solitary confinement, ridiculous arrests. All against our freedoms spelled out in our constitution!
Exactly! I've been denied access to the Law for 19 years because I know the crimes the Federal and State government committed against me and a population of vulnerable Medical Patients. EVERYONE INVOLVED is purportedly covered by "Sovereign Immunity", which coverers a third to half of the SPECIAL POPULATION who are ABOVE THE LAW, in the state of AL. The Governor, AG, Police, Sheriff, Hospitals, Doctors, Medical Personal, Medical Universities and Research institutions can harm citizens and receive a pass in court!
