Andrew and Tristan Tate: Public Enemies One and Two
The Brothers’ one and only real crime is this: a message of self-discipline and ability to think freely.
The Tate Brothers’ Teaching
Over the past half year or so, Andrew and Tristan Tate have been targeted by the godless forces in the Western world – colloquially dubbed “the Matrix” after the eponymous Wachowski film – that otherwise seek to destroy whatever lingering vestiges of opposition exist to their sinister, anti-male, anti-human agenda. The Tates preach self-empowerment and self-discipline; a strength of mind and body that are essential ingredients for making great men all throughout history, but especially so in today’s spiritually exhausted day and age. The Matrix, by sharp contrast, preaches emasculating submissiveness, conformity, groupthink – all with a view towards creating hordes of thoughtless foot soldiers who will ingest every morsel of woke propaganda, regurgitate every ESG/DEI slogan, command, and edict with the passion and zeal of a secular priest. The Tates’ message of keeping basic standards for oneself – how one looks and behaves around women, in society, in business, on social media, etc. – is not particularly groundbreaking relative to the standards of recent history. Indeed, the Tates would arguably not be possible but for the pervasive degeneracy of our own times, who provide a potent (over?)-corrective for an age that has effectively abandoned all standards, particularly in the all-important arena of male self-improvement, where being a straight, white, God-fearing male (though the Tates themselves are of mixed race) is deemed anathema by the gatekeepers of the Matrix. The Tates would therefore not otherwise be possible in any other era: they satisfy a gaping void in the broader culture, a niche that did not exist as recently as ten or fifteen years ago. For that reason alone, they have become famous the world over.
Fame unavoidably invites controversy. In becoming famous, one necessarily makes certain sacrifices, including leaving behind the private creature comforts that can only ever be obtained with anonymity – in exchange for clout, money, and other forms of power. One such form of influence in the age of social media for people with a large enough megaphone is the ability to command the ears of millions of people at once: this the Tates have in spades, much like any other person with influence, and have wielded to devastating success. However, unlike the vast majority of individuals with status, the Tates have used their digital platforms to subvert, rather than promote, the agenda of the dominant culture. In attacking the mainstream narrative so forcefully and indeed, prolifically, the Tates have broken an unspoken rule of the Matrix – the unspoken rule: making enemies with those who otherwise profit from keeping the masses enslaved. Their outspokenness and persistence – unmatched perspicacity coupled with sheer indefatigability in Tatespeak – have made a deadly combination. This is the nature of their one and only true crime: a message with the potential to jolt awake the sleepy, distracted masses, particularly young men who have over the course of decades been numbed into a kind of digitalized and chemicalized coma. Andrew Tate routinely preaches that all throughout history, military age men have posed the greatest threat to the Matrix – particularly the worthiest men who, through discipline of mind and body, which couples the warrior’s drive with the philosopher’s temperament, are most wont to challenge the dominant narrative. It is for this reason that the demographic group most naturally adept to greatness – heterosexual, fighting-age European men: the group that built the West – are vilified beyond reproach by the guardians of the new woke order.
The Political Implications of Andrew and Tristan’s Campaign To Clear Their Names
The American lawsuit and Congressional outreach campaign is being organized by Joseph D. McBride’s Law Firm (pictured alongside Tate Brothers).
So far, concurrent with the lawsuit being waged against the Tate Brothers’ accusers for smearing their good name in the mainstream media, is a congressional effort to raise awareness about their wrongful detention. The advocacy campaign on the Hill, being organized by Joseph D. McBride’s Law Firm, is imperative for at least two reasons:
First, while the Brothers are widely known international celebrities, their scope of influence is primarily centered on the under-40 age demographic. Being online celebrities in their mid-30s, this is not unexpected. However, for the purposes of who controls the levers of power in America and the United Kingdom, that can be a major hindrance. Across the West, and particularly within the Anglosphere, the demographics are rapidly getting older – and those who occupy powerful government offices are often in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s – ergo, removed from the audience where the Tates’ message resonates most, sometimes by decades. Thus, the Brothers’ continuing detention is at least partly a function of a lack of institutional knowledge – specifically, geriatric lawmakers, particularly in the United States, who may have never heard of the Tates, or if they did, only vaguely know about them – and often what they know might be hearsay or negative disinformation spread by a hostile and incompetent press. Thus, the need to educate lawmakers about the full story behind the pathological liar and serial manipulator who smeared the Tate name with false human trafficking allegations – in other words, the true story – is of highest priority.
Second, even though it almost certainly is true that the Justice Department, intelligence agencies, and bureaucrats who comprise the administrative state have political interests opposed to what the Tates publicly stand for, it is also true that a system as overly regulated as ours will often cleave to a strong show of force. Thus, to the extent pressures are imposed on the DOJ and State Department, for example, by members of Congress to move the needle forward on a case like the Tates, even if such pressure strictly breaks along partisan lines (although the fundamental human rights of American citizens wrongfully detained overseas should be a nonpartisan issue), such action can have shockwaves across the broader cultural, political, and even legal landscape. That is why a campaign of this nature is so important. It is also why the Tate Brothers’ recent sit-down interview with Tucker Carlson, live from their Bucharest estate (and, again, organized by The McBride Law Firm), went a long way towards spreading awareness for their message. The Tate Brothers’ interview with Carlson set the world record for most watched television interview in history, surpassing Michael Jackson’s 1993 sit-down with Oprah Winfrey by close to 20 million views.
Unlike some other big-name podcasters and talk show hosts, Tucker Carlson is by and large the most influential American talk show host in conservative media. Not that it was needed, as Carlson is someone who is willing to speak with anyone, but the fact that he was recently unceremoniously forced out of his former post at Fox News unified interviewer and interviewee at a personal level. Both Tucker and Tate were in their own ways subjects of a Matrix attack: they both committed the unpardonable crime of wrongthink in an age hostile to dissident voices that break from the increasingly authoritarian mainstream megaphone. While the penalty Carlson faced was – at least to date – far less severe than what the Tate Brothers are currently going through, he still paid a steep price for telling the truth. His platform is distinctive – and was, consequently, so effective – because it helped instruct baby boomers, overwhelmingly the largest demographic of the Fox audience, in the ideas of the New Right – the loose coalition of populist and nationalist interests that came to the political forefront in tandem with Donald Trump’s political ascent. Tucker Carlson’s audience is significant for another reason: even following his ouster, he still commands the attention of DC’s ruling class. Having been a mainstay in that city for decades, at various points in his career being featured as a commentator on all three cable news networks – Fox, CNN, and MSNBC – his voice, now arguably more powerful than ever, is considered an authority in Republican and conservative circles. Therefore, the guests he brings on, the people he chooses to spend time with, are not just of cultural import, but political import. That is what separates Tucker from the rest, and is the reason why his interview dovetails with the ongoing congressional effort to educate – and advocate – on behalf of Andrew and Tristan Tate’s exoneration.
The Tate Brothers’ Role At This Moment In History
Both Tates appear to understand their significance in the history of our times. Great men of the not-so-distant past, statesmen like Charles De Gaulle, for instance, readily pass through their lips – suggesting a much deeper awareness of Western history, on whose outskirts the Tates now find themselves as its perhaps least expected guardians. What is more, the Brotherly duo is viscerally aware of the different legal systems – and how the law is increasingly brandished like a sword by those agents of the Matrix – judges, EU bureaucrats, government lawyers, etc. – who command the levers of power in modern society. Accordingly, the Tates have been exceedingly effective advocates for their cause, arguably doing the best job of anyone to convince the world of their innocence, and in so doing put pressure on judicial authorities to grant their release. Though the effort to clear the Tate name assuredly remains an uphill battle, as recently confirmed by both today’s news, in which the Tate house arrest was extended for at least 30 more days, in addition to the disappointing news from earlier this month wherein a Romanian judge provided the tie-breaking vote to extend their ongoing house arrest in a dramatic showdown at a court hearing, an extremely rare occurrence, particularly for a case of this magnitude. Alas, the Brothers continue to languish as unfree subjects – the deciding vote prolonged their house arrest, which was baseless from the get-go, and going back further in time still, a detention – that includes a three-month incarceration, in which the Brothers were stripped of all due process rights and forced to remain in dastardly conditions with minimal contact with the outside world – spanning back to just days after Christmas of last year.
Their incarceration and ongoing detention violate international human rights law. Even though they are Romanian residents, which they have been for the better part of the past decade, the Brothers remain dual American/British subjects: they are thus entitled to full protection under the Constitution and the United States and British governments, both of which – like Romania – are members of the United Nations, a fact that imposes an additional set of duties upon member states, including the duty to uphold the basic human rights of fellow member states’ citizens. This is a duty which is patently being circumvented by Romanian authorities today, who are holding foreign citizens unlawfully captive over against: Article IX of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; Article V of the Declaration on the Human Rights of Individuals who are not nationals of the country in which they live by the UN General Assembly; and of course, the US Constitution’s expressed ultimatum, the hallmark of any free republic, that no individual should be “deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
The guardians of the global legal systems are often bought off, brainwashed, or themselves card-carrying members of the Matrix. The Tates know this and have diagnosed the problem arguably better than anyone. DIICOT, the intelligence arm of the Romanian government, has been abusing its power by scapegoating the Tate Brothers in an effort to appeal to the powers that be – not just within Romania, though there are strong – albeit intensely split – opinions among the Romanian elite about their most famous celebrity residents. There is also likely international pressure to keep the Tates imprisoned and suppressed, both from within the British government – who perceive Andrew and Tristan as public menaces to the youth given their flagrant and relentless assault on the Matrix’s aim to keep young men docile and rule-abiding.
But furthermore, also likely from within the European Union and broader global community – with links that could potentially span all the way to the United States Government. The Tates have surgically described, if in different terms, the sort of anarcho-tyranny that has descended upon the West, and whose most acute expressions are observed across the Anglosphere nations. This is reflected in the banana-republic form of justice that has led to the indictment of Donald Trump, despite him being the overwhelming favorite – and all-around frontrunner – for president in 2024 – to the ruthless legal gaslighting of American citizens; notably, people like Daniel Penny and Douglass Mackey, who, though each have been persecuted for vastly different crimes (Penny exercised the unpardonable right of self-defense in a New York City subway as he was being ambushed by a homeless man; Mackey faces years of prison time for the monstrous crime of trolling Hillary Clinton supporters on Twitter) are united in being casualties of a justice system that has incubated the values of the new woke order: hook, line and sinker. As federal prosecutors double down on the Biden regime’s political opponents – Donald Trump, of course, being the worst possible offender in the eyes of the Matrix – throngs of gangbangers, murderers, and rapists – many of whom are of foreign origin – cross the open southern border and flood city streets nationwide, committing crimes with impunity.
Even worse, and more insidiously, real-life perpetrators of human trafficking and sex slavery are being ignored as the media spotlight focuses instead on the Tates and other convenient scapegoats, now being sacrificed on the altar of the Matrix under the banner of egregious crimes they never committed. Meanwhile, the real victims of human trafficking, of which there are so many – grievously so – in a world that appears to be spiraling off the rails, are being forgotten; their real-life stories of pain and suffering are scandalously trivialized by those who would otherwise seek to make an example of two politically incorrect, testosterone-fueled young men because they do not like their message, or cannot withstand any opinion that might frustrate their worldview.
The real victims are once again forgotten, lost beneath the howls and cries of those in command of the mainstream media loudspeaker, who drown out – and thereby, exacerbate – legitimate cases of sexual abuse and sex trafficking, of which there are legions – the Jeffrey Epstein’s, Larry Nassar’s, Jimmy Savile’s, and Huw Edwards’s of the world (the latter two, ironically, were of course heavy hitters at the BBC, a network that has become the foremost mainstream media organ behind spreading malicious, bald-faced lies against the Brothers). And these overlook the countless other shocking cases of human trafficking and sex slavery which go unreported, but whose effect has been to resuscitate a kind of slavery, arguably worse than anything ever seen before in history, which has risen from its grave with a vengeance across the developed world.
Also of particular interest is the legal semantics of once-serious charges such as “human trafficking” and “rape,” which both Andrew and Tristan have spoken about at great length, whose referents until recently carried all the moral heft of Biblical impropriety – and the laws that punished those crimes reflected that same gravitas in terms of magnitude of the penalty attached to the crime, all while never forgetting to give serious treatment to the rights of the accused (i.e, that antiquarian “innocent until proven guilty” shtick). The justice system that became arguably the crown jewel of Western society with inviolable precepts baked in such as due process of law and the presumption of innocence, which made possible human freedom in the first place, has now been irremediably blighted with a contagion that bears no resemblance to any antecedent in Western history. Those authorities who control the levers of jurisprudential power patently lack any historical awareness or regard for those time-tested principles that made liberty the cornerstone of Western civilization. Instead, they have incubated a radically foreign germ in our system of jurisprudence: one that is primitive and vindictive in complexion, and more resembling the banana republics of the second and third worlds.
The gravity of the crisis is compounded by the fact that social media, artificial intelligence, and other byproducts of the digital age have made possible insidious and unprecedented forms of propaganda – which has had the downstream effect of sowing discord within the native population that has even eroded the integrity of the common jury pool. Thus, not only is it the judges and lawyers who are infected by the woke mind virus, but increasingly, and especially in urban centers, the masses as well, casualties in the war on truth by the Matrix’s draconian agents and instruments of oppression.
This has rendered the pursuit of true justice a nebulous, even downright impossible, task. So long as basic truths no longer have universal agreement: whether men and women are different; whether countries should have borders; whether criminals should be locked up – the entire social fabric collapses, catapulting society into an unstoppable tailspin of infinitely competing values. The West has grown decadent, which means it has grown weak. Across Europe, invaders from the Middle East and Africa pillage city streets from London to Stockholm, committing rape – real rape – of the native European women, whose husbands and fathers have seemingly abandoned their civilizational birthright for the suicidal cause of “tolerance.” Oddly enough, it is the Tates again – who are only half British, half black American – who have become some of the biggest advocates of traditional British culture. They are staunch monarchists, standing up resolutely for the crown in an age that would seek to level all traditions to the ground; they exalt the patriarchy – or at the very least, male self-empowerment – as school teachers and doctors plot newfound ways to neuter every last schoolboy before he reaches adolescence. In this regard, they are antiquarian – in a word: traditional.
But in another sense, they are quintessentially modern. They would not be possible in any other era – and not just in a reactionary sense, though there is indeed a strong argument that they stand as a radical over-corrective to the plight of our times: where the fulcrum has shifted too decisively in the direction of effeminate submissiveness and impotency, the Tates have come along and offered an uber-antidote; an extremely potent cocktail of male pride and authority that cuts drastically against the grain of our social fabric. But the Tates are quintessentially modern in another sense: although British subjects, they also have African blood – and therefore, portend a future that will certainly be darker and less Euro-centric than any other time in modern history. Furthermore, Andrew Tate converted to Islam over the past winter (Tristan remains a practicing Christian), heralding a deeper shift in the locus of power from West to East – indeed, the Tates were once residents of Dubai, have spoken highly of the city many times before, and may one day return – at the moment in time when their good names are completely exonerated of the slightest taint of criminal wrongdoing.
The Tate Formula: A Potential Remedy To The Decline Of The West?
As the Western world weakens – the Eastern world, epitomized by such varying cultures as Eastern Europe, Russia, China, and the Middle East, sees a prospective new dawn. That is not to say that light certainly exists at the end of the tunnel of our crisis, but it is to say that even if the West should fall, the world will continue to keep spinning. The powers that spring up from the ashheap of the fallen West may not be as conventionally civilized as their Western forebears, but they nevertheless will loosely adhere to the strictures of a more ancient code: one that respects, rather than attempts to conquest, nature and nature’s hallowed laws.
That is because nature exists, and no society can long endure in denial of its central tenets. Accordingly, those future societies that spring out from our present crisis might again offer a fount for prosperity and genuine human flourishing, as a meaningful alternative God willing, to the lifeless West whose mission now appears single-mindedly hellbent on nailing its very coffin.
